As for the chemical or petrochemical sector, aseptic heat exchangers (as well as food and cosmetics) are developed and evaluated on the basis of an individual approach that allows us to meet all customer requirements. , SAG is used daily to improve the design of these heat exchangers by means of double-tube plates to provide the optimal thermal and mechanical solution in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Industry regulations (FDA, GMP, cGMP, USP27, ...).

Devices can be located horizontally (with the ability to tilt) or vertically.

It equipped with a system with double tubular plates, which allow to detect leaks. Tubular / tubular joints are made of orbital welding for outer plates and hydraulic folding with a double groove for internal plates (without deterioration of the surface condition compared to the traditional system).

They have leakage channels and sealed gaskets to ensure that there are no containment zones.
